Airotech Minerals was established in the year 1998 in Vadodara (Gujarat) INDIA. We are a professionally managed Manufacturer, Supplier & Exporter of superior quality Natural Mineral Powder and non-metallic Mineral and Micronized Minerals such as Calcium Carbonate, ground Calcium Carbonate, activated calcium carbonate, dolomite powder, china clay powder, talc/soapstone powder, barite powder, silica powder and silica grains, which are widely used for their excellent metallurgical properties. Our mentor Mr. Amit Parikh has led us to the company grounds of success with his in-depth industry knowledge and years of experience. We have a team of experts who have relevant credentials and immense industry experience. Backing on their in-depth knowledge we have served the varied needs of many clients across the world. Further, we try to understand the requirements of our clients and process the minerals with similar properties. The minerals we manufacture are best in terms of purity, micron sizes, and whiteness and are available in different mesh and grades. Our products have gained wide acceptance all across the world because of this we have carved a niche for ourselves in the industry. Infrastructure

We have a very sound infrastructure with all the state-of-the-art facilities equipped along with latest machinery and equipment’s. The best raw materials from our selected mines are processed at our plant situated in Vadodara. Our selected machinery includes roller mills, ball mills with coating plant to process different kind of minerals. The unit is equipped with modern hi-tech machines and equipment which results into our excellent performance. There are 3 capacious manufacturing units which are stretched over 5000 square feet individually. The facilities support us in fulfilling the bulk requirements of an assortment of reputed clients. We can manufacture 10000 units of minerals in one instalment. There is also a well-equipped warehouse and a distribution network spread across India & worldwide that makes sure that bulk orders are delivered on time. Regular developments and R & D are being done to produce value added products which can really help our clients in lowering their production cost with better quality results. We are having our in-house for testing our material at a good quality standard. Our lab is equipped with all testing materials and good quality for testing. Our quality control department is full of experienced and expert chemists.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Being a mineral-based company, Airotech Minerals has always incorporated R & D capabilities into its operations. Each application is analysed based on raw material characteristics and product quality requirements before the optimum technology is selected. We have a capable team of R & D people who can understand the customer’s needs, thereby enabling us to only recommend the right products to our customers, and also to produce tailor-made products, if required. For various aspects of Calcite Mineral, and Dolomite Mineral characterization, our laboratories are well equipped. Powder properties are measured regularly depending upon the parameters required by our customers like oil absorption, water absorption, bulk density, the flow point, plasticity, CaCo3, SiO2 contents, specific gravity etc. Talc Calcite and Dolomite are three products that are regularly analysed for elements which are of importance to our customers. One important criterion for most of our customers, whiteness, is controlled regularly. Particle Size Distribution Analysis is also done in-house using the latest equipment.
